You might be wondering how many 32-bit applications there are. All 32-bit applications are marked as no. For all 64-bit applications, this column says “Yes”. Find the column heading “64-bit (Intel)” and click the column heading. It takes a while for your Mac to gather application information and display a list of all applications on your computer. The easiest way to do this is to click the Apple icon in the upper left corner, then click About This Mac, then System Report, and scroll down to Software / Applications.
Before upgrading to macOS Catalina, make sure you are using a 32-bit application that you cannot do without.
